Delete your account

You can delete your Fitmocal account and its data at any time: in the app, or by sending us a request below. Fitmocal is made by SOFTPULSE SOFTWARE DESIGN L.L.C.

In the app

  1. 1 Open Fitmocal and tap the Settings icon at the top right of any tab.
  2. 2 Open Account and Privacy.
  3. 3 Tap Delete my account and confirm. Accounts with a password ask for it. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you may need to sign in again first.

Deletion starts immediately and can’t be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile, including your goals and targets
  • Your workout programs and sessions
  • Your meals and meal photos
  • Your weight, mood and habit entries
  • Your AI coach conversations
  • Your device and notification records, and your subscription record

What we keep

  • Subscription event records, without your account identifier, for 365 days.
  • Technical logs for 14 days.
  • Messages you sent us through this website or by email, for as long as needed to answer them and no longer than 12 months.

Before you go

  • Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it there first.

Request deletion by email

Can’t use the app anymore? Send us a request. We’ll email you to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days.

The email you use to sign in. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, use the relay address Apple created.
